Michael Swann is all about innovation and making the most of new products available to provide his valued customers with the very best mix of experience and the latest technology.
Michael has always been fascinated with the electrical industry. As a young man, he could often be found in his Dad's shed pulling apart his family's appliances to learn how they work. With the passage of time it was soon obvious to all that Michael was an electrician in the making and as soon as he could Michael jumped into the industry with a passion that impressed his trainers and employers. He excelled in all the usual electrical practices and it did not take long for him to realise that what the local area needed was an electrician that could not only install a power point or fix a washing machine, but also help his customers save money on their energy bills.
So Michael began a journey of learning about solar energy, electrical auditing and energy efficient products. As a result of his hard work Swann's Solar and Electrical quickly established a firm reputation as a reliable and professional electrical auditor, photo voltaic solar system designer, installer and repairer. Swann's Solar and Electrical boasts being one of the only a handful of solar installers in Rockhampton that has the design and installation licences for stand-alone solar systems, regulated by the Clean Energy Council (CEC). These qualifications, along with his Electrical Contractors Licence, means Swann's Solar and Electrical can provide your home or business with a complete stand alone off-the-grid system that makes the most of the latest technology to provide your family and business with a safe and reliable solar system in any location throughout Central Queensland. Recently Swann's Solar and Electrical expanded it's range to products to include hybrid solar air conditioners, which are designed specifically to fully harness the unique properties of solar power.
This addition has built SSE into a one-stop-shop for all solar installation, electrical and split system installations. Customers have the piece of mind that one professional business has the experience and the qualifications to undertake the complete job from start to finish, without the worry of coordinating multiple contractors, and because of the range, qualifications and experience of SSE, customers can be assured that the final product is to the highest standard. SSE also cover a range of industrial engineering tasks, from schematic drawing design and modifications, VSD commissioning and installations, and PLC programming. Michael Swann is in the process of earning an associate diploma of electrical engineering and although that is a little way from completion, his years of experience in the field and innovative thinking have provided the knowledge to perform advanced electrical engineering tasks with professional quality.
